Principal

Welcome to WestWood! I have been a part of Prior Lake-Savage Area Schools since 1999, where I began as a 6th grade teacher at Grainwood Elementary. My other experiences in the district include district professional development coordinator, middle school assistant principal, and Jeffers Pond Principal prior to coming to WestWood and SAGE Academy in 2020.

I received a Bachelor's of Science in elementary education from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, a Master's of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Minnesota, with a math and science emphasis, and my Doctorate of Education in Education Policy and Administration from the U of M.

I have a passion for working at the elementary level helping staff provide high quality differentiated instruction. I am committed to supporting the E-STEM initiatives at WestWood and SAGE.
